2 After listening to your requirements your Area Lettings Specialist will match your needs with our vast property stock for Let. You will then promptly receive a email of your suitable properties, including floor plans, photos and a 360 degree tours. Sit back, make a coffee and select your favorite choices. While you choose at your own leisure your Area Lettings Specialist will continue to search the market for even more choices for you.

Your Tenancy Documents

3 To secure your chosen property to Let in Dubai, you will be required to provide copies of your personal documents. We will ask you to provide a copy of your current passport and Visa page (if your visa is currently under process then you will need to obtain a valid processing letter from your current employer. In addition to this you will also need to own a valid Dubai Based Bank cheque book in order to confirm payment terms of your chosen property.

View your property

4 Your Area Lettings Specialist will then call you to arrange a suitable time to View your chosen properties, they will accompany you on each viewing, and offer further knowledge on the local area and development. Whether its nearest Schools, Hospitals or local golf courses, our specialist will be happy to give you advice.

Time to make an offer

5 Once we have found your perfect property, you will need to make an Offer. Your highly trained Area Lettings Specialist will negotiate the best price for you to secure your new home. At this stage you will need to provide a 5% deposit cheque to show the Landlord your commitment to your offer. This cheque will remain securely with Clarke & Scott and will not be cashed at this stage.

Your offer has been accepted

6 Congratulations, your Offer has been accepted! However we still have some work to do to secure your new property. You will be presented with a Tenancy Contract, which will outline the conditions of the Let, agreed by both the tenant and landlord. After your review you will be required to sign as the Tenant. Your Area Lettings Specialist will then complete the same process with your Landlord and the transaction is legally sealed. At this stage your original Deposit cheque will be encashed and non-refundable if you choose to not continue. At this point you will need to provide the remaining cheques, which will include the post-dated installment cheques to the landlord and the 5% Agency fee to Clark & Scott.

Your Property Handover

7 Your Area Lettings Specialist will arrange to meet you at the property to provide you with the access keys and entry codes and your Landlords contact details, if you need to establish contact in the future.
